Bonjour, Je ne sais pas si c'est le bon endroit pour exposer mon problème, mais je tente quand même.. Je souhaiterais pouvoir lire en streaming les fichiers vidéos que j'ai sur mon serveur dédié via VLC. J'ai bien trouvé quelques explications sur google mais en vain...VLC n'arrive pas à accéder à mon serveur et donc les tentatives échouent à chaque fois. Est-ce que parmi vous quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer comment dois-je procéder pour réussir à lire mes fichiers vidéos qui sont sur mon serveur via VLC ? Merci par avance de votre aide.

Salut, Tu accedes comment à tes fichiers sur le serveur ? ftp (via filezila par exemple) ? Tu as installer cakebox (tuto disponible sur le forum) ? Si non, pour cakebox il te suffit de copier le lien de téléchargement de ton fichier et de le mettre dans VLC.

Je suppose que tu veux y acceder par http/https (entrer adresse http dans "flux reseau"). Si pas de cakebox ( qui est certes le plus simple pr streamer) ,il faudrait que tu nous precise au moins ce que tu as installé comme serveur web (lighttpd / apache) et la config associee. De tete il me semble qu'a une epoque que VLC supportait pas le digest...info a prendre avec des pincettes (à l'heure ou j'ecris ces mots)

Tu à toujours une possibilité de mettre Subsonic/Madsonic pour du stream à la cakebox ... Qui est mieux je trouve

Merci pour ces réponse. Mon serveur est un kimsufi 4G avec l'os Debian 7.5 stable (Wheezy) (64bits). Actuellement j'accède à mes fichiers via filezilla, qui fonctionne parfaitement. Je vais tenter d'installer cakebox. Il faut aussi que j'installe Madsonic ou plex ?

J'ai essayé d'installer cakebox à partir de ce tuto CakeBox mais dès la ligne de commande git clone https://github.com/Cakebox/Cakebox.git cakebox j'ai une erreur : -bash: git: command not found je suis vraiment pas à l'aise avec l'environnement debian si quelqu'un pouvait m'aiguiller. Merci.

Oui en root. C’est pas bien normal là fait d'abord: apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y et relance après l'installation de git pour voir Ex.

Effectivement ça marche mieux. Mais me voilà confronté à second problème.... J'en suis à la partie IV : configuration nginx. Deux choses, je ne comprends pas où est ce qu'il faut ajouter server { ... } Par défaut je l'ai ajouté au nano de nginx. Puis, quans je souhaite quitter et sauvegarder nano cela me met : [ Error writing /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/rutorrent.conf: No such file or direc ]

J'ai beau chercher partout je ne trouve pas de solutions et je trouve ça frustrant. Je crois que je vais prendre des cours particuliers pour mieux appréhender Linux ^^
